We hope that you love your new Almost Home product. However if you change your mind for whatever reason we offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to Almost Home for a refund or exchange (if the size requested is in stock).
Before returning an item please contact us at customercare@almost---home.com with your order number and full name in the email subject.
Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.

*Orders returning from outside of the EU must be filed as a return / exchange. Almost Home will not be responsible for Duties & Taxes on returns not filed correctly and these fees will be left up to the customer to handle.
Important Information
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after receiving.
Almost Home Quality Guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and we received it damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 2-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
